By creating an account or buying credits on InstantVehicleReports you agree to the terms below.
What you're buying
Each credit redeems one vehicle history report compiled from third-party data providers. Reports are informational only. We do not guarantee that records are complete, accurate, or current. We are not affiliated with CARFAX or any vehicle manufacturer.
Credit packs & refunds
Credits are billed at the price displayed at checkout. Credits do not expire. If a VIN returns no matching records, the credit is automatically refunded to your account. Cash refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute reports without written permission. Each credit = one VIN.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits at issue.
